 New quests added changes current quest

Every time I pick up a new quest, it changes from the quest I am currently on to the new one. There was an update a while back and ever since this has stopped working even though it is set in the setting to not do this. Is this a known bug? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your hard work.
