Just happened to me today. I was in Clockwork City, and the map was blank - couldn't even see anything on the world map, even at a waypoint. Got a '5D1CE913' error.
What worked for me:
- Quit the game completely
- Log back in
- Disable the add-on from the character select screen
- Loaded into my game (map was working)
