Buff Text Descriptions on Mouseover

New player and new user of this great add-on. Thanks. Since I am new I have no idea what the buff icons are so I attempted to mouse over them in the hopes a description would pop-up like the default buffs. Am I missing a setting to enable this or does this add-on not support buff descriptions?
