 Rapids keeps getting stuck on 5th slot

Love this addon - but for some reason Rapids keeps getting stuck in the 5th slot of my bar so that even when I dismount, I can't use the ability I had slotted there. In the most extreme cases, Rapids will be stuck in that slot on BOTH bars. Am I doing something wrong?
