Pins Disappear

Hello! I recently downloaded HarvestMaps but with each log in the pins are gone. I have tried loggin out and downloading the data (from the new addon) but when reentering the pins still do not appear. If anyone has any ideas that would be great! I am currently using Nortan, and the files still are read-only if that helps. Also the ad...
