Woops, sorry about that, should be fixed in the new version that I just uploaded, but it might be a bit before it gets approved.
Now the enchantment is being crafted without interruption. it stamps until you get out manually
Blegh.

Does this warn you if deconstructing an item made via transmutation will put you over the limit?
At the moment, it does not.
I might add it in at some point, but I'm not entirely sure on the details of how I would do that. So it might be a while.
