 ESO EHT on PC and Lap Top

I have a question - I play ESO on either my gamimg PC or Gamimg LapTop. Any EHT additions I make on one of the machines in not viewable on the other machine only the ESO furnishings are there. Is this correct that EHT furnishings are only visible on the machine that I have made them, not on the other machine that I play ESO.

Updated to version 14.6.1 today and now get following error message and a large number of items that have been placed prior to updating have dissappeared

Appears to cause significant perforamce degradation - PCNA - Halves DPS, Increased latency and causes gradual fPS increase upon Char load - starts at 1 fps and then gradually increases to approx 50 FPS. turned off the addon and FPS immediately started at 80 upon char load and latency was approx 50 less than when addon turned on
