 Hide while in Battleground/PVP option?

Hello,
First of all, this is probably my favorite addon in the game. I can't live without it.
Is there any possibility to add a "Hide in Battlegrounds" option? I like to have my quest tracker on the right, and it covers the medals.
It could also be a bug or a compat issue with another addon, too!
