Since the latest eso update, I've been having this weird glitch with my eht effects, where they are appearing through whatever objects in the house, as if they're on the 'top layer' from a photoshop perspective. Image included for reference.

I get this error message:
Too many anchors processed. Tail of anchor list:
EHTToolDialogProcessCancelLabel
EHT does not work and many keyboard functions no longer work, especially the ESC key
