quick and dirty fix, it removes the error for me:
adding this before line 1910:
if (tonumber(FarmersToolkit.Lootable) == nil) then
FarmersToolkit.Lootable=0
end
for a more general fix, I would look at making incrementing a value in that table a function that handles the nil values.

Hi,
I get an error message when I finish lock picking treasure chests or doors.
For example:
