Anyway, sometimes the HMS bars just won't show up, or the stamina bar either and the only way to display those back
Check your add-ons or just disable "Auto hide" option.
About "checking add-ons": it is not telling its list to me. Try to disable all other add-ons and recreate your issue. If problem is solved then enable add-ons one...
