Russian localization RuESO and Destinations

Hello! On that moment i use last RuESO version and i can't use it with Destinations normally because of 2 reasons: 1) All quests' names on map pins of quest givers are in wrong code, "abracadabra" language. 2) Pins of already completed quests stays on map and don't hide. How to solve this problem and is there a chance to solve it...
