A lot of the time when NPCs speak, they will have a long pause between paragraphs. When the dialogue is hidden, this pause can sometimes be confused for an ending. Then, we'll move on in the conversation or leave the conversation only to hear them just barely start to say something else and miss out on it.

There's a bug currently where MM will cause certain load screens to hang indefinitely. For example, entering the Wyrd Tree during the "Purifying the Wyrd Tree" quest.
The only way to get past the load screen (at least for me) is to disable MM.
Pardon me, but it occurred to me this could be a problem with a related partner mod,...

Also worth noting, in case this addon is forever abandoned by its creator: there's a similar addon called "MasterThief." And it has the added bonus of a value threshold so you only steal items that are worth the price.

Small bug:
Using the slash command /stealtimeframe config more than once doesn't reset the start time of your first press. So, if it use it 2000ms later than the first time you used it, 2000ms will be added to your result. Seems like the start-time variable just need to be reset whenever you run the command.
