I did compare with the main map. i was standing right next to a discovered, but unclaimed, skyshard. It was visible on the normal map, but invisible on the minimap. Same test done with a claimed skyshard, but with the same result I tried taking a picture of the comparison, i hope embedding them in the comment worked. Standing near...

I am not sure if this is intentional or if there is some kind of issue, however the base game Skyshard pins do not show up on the Minimap. Both the Uncollected and Collected version of the pin (which can be toggled on or off in the map filters) do not show up. I'll have to check that to be sure because I use the skyshard addon but...
