Best of the Best Quest

Any chance you can add an exception into this for the Hunting Bow used in the Best of the Best quest outside Fort Amol in Eastmarch? It's needed for the quest, but since you have to actually wield it as a weapon, it's not categorized under Quest Items, and it can get caught by Dustman's 0-value filter (It's only white quality) and th...
