 Daily reset detection?

I was logged in during the daily reset today, and DailyAutoShare did not seem to notice.
Should it reset on its own? I thought I had noticed a comment when I first installed it that I needed to specify my time zone (or that could have been a different AddOn). But if so, I'm not spotting that now.

This addon just dumped all over my Addons folder, all loose files, and Minion doesn't "see" the addon, so I can't cleanly uninstall...
