same problem here and I have too gtx 1080ti, 16gb ram , ssd and I get a lot random disconnects to login screen without error and my internet is up 100% fine
I think harvestmap have bug but i use others addons :
destinations
votans minimap
skyshards
lui extended
combat metrics
Maybe any incompatibility ? I dont know

Did you try running the macOS script? I have a linux box here and the version of pgrep doesn't support the -q flag (quiet) but that flag just can be removed. Otherwise the script should run fine.
work without -q
tested in linux mint...
