Noob Getting Hard Freeze

Hi, I recently started playing ESO and have slowly been adding in add ons. This one came highly recommended from a good friend. My issue is that since installing this add on, when I go to a guild store, after about 10-15 seconds I get a hard freeze. The game locks up, I can't alt-tab back to windows. I can't kill the program.
