 Selections acting strange

Has anyone had a problems with selecting items? As an example, I put down two walls, 1 and 2. If I select wall 1 and move it, then deselect and select 2, it will keep trying to move wall 1 even though its not checked off. I tried locking it but there is no change. I put down a few other items to test and it keeps trying to move...

Health bar stuck on and is in combat mode

Since the Gold Road update my health bar is stuck showing and is in combat (glowey) mode. The healthbar is the only one having this issue.
