 Rune of Eldritch Horror

There seems to be a problem with the cooldowns of Rune of Eldritch Horror. This issue also affects both of its morphs: Rune of the Colorless Pool and Rune of Uncanny Adoration.
The cooldown tracks the paralyze/charm durations, which can only be applied to monsters, but the counter doesn't appear when cast on bosses. The base game...
