Seems the new quest tracker module can't be disabled. I realize it's an alpha version; just putting this out there.
Serious pain in the butt, hope it it can be resolved soon

Found M'aiq @ 94.62 x 43.27 in stonefalls it was about 11 am pst
on a side note, is it possible to add a note to each one, with times that people have had the random encounter appear (and time zone), ive noticed M'aiq shows up at specific times in several of the locals
