I've just installed LUI and have the default (?) unit frames overlapping the LUI ones, is this another addon or a setting I can change?

Missing Settings Options

I had to reinstall ESO and all my mods after having an issue with my PC, and on reinstalling AUI, in the menu in the settings I only have AUI (Combat) and AUI (Module Management), none of the other menus? Is there something I'm missing?
