Fixed dual ability bars

Hi, I enabled in LUI the "back bar tracking" and disabled the "hide inactive slots", that makes both bars visible all the time. There's any option to keep the bars always in the same position, instead of having the inactive bar always above the active, when swapping? Like in the "Fancy Action Bar" addon https://www.esoui.com/...

Getting error: "LibSkillsFactory (Missing)" If I install the standalone lib I get "LibSkillsFactory (Old)" I removed all previous versions of SuperStar and respective stored variables on Minion.
