I am having issues after loading the new Votans locations. ESO keeps telling me the LibAsync and the LibHarvensAddonSettings files are missing. Both are clearly loaded in the correct folder. I can't determine why ESO is showing them as missing. I uninstalled and reloaded and still ESO indicates they are missing. Any advice??
