Question about "The Deadlands" zone...

Question about "The Deadlands" zone. They are not shown in Quest Log like every other zone. They appear only after I do one of the quests from this zone. Quest log shows that this zone is completed with only two quests. I have required LibUespQuestData and uespLog. I didn't have those problems with other zones in the past. Is this...
