Okay I did some testing when i took off every skill and gear that Im using and it seemes that as soon I put on Relequen set stutters and freezes started to happen. Hey! I noticed that ADR causes stuttering for me. When I enter combat and switch bars game freezes for a split second and fps drop about 7 frames.
