 AddOn doesn't work :(

So i installed the AddOn exactly like the page says: extract to desktop, copy to documents->eso->liveeu->addons.
In game i can see there is a addon ( libaddonmenu2.0 by seerah ), but no sign of a minimap, or the option to activate it.... what im I doing wrong?
I'm playing on EU server and have the folders copied to the right ma...
