Perhaps an unintended use for this, but I've found it to be great for traders with ESO+. If I buy a bunch of stuff from traders with the intent to resell, I can activate it just before pulling all of the stuff from letters and then use it to pull that stuff out of my crafting bags to keep them separate from my personal goods.
