Of course it doesn't have the feature which will be kept in the following versions...
The problem lies in your JOAT settings...
I'm using default JOAT settings. Thieving and war mount are off, the others on.
Screenshots of your JOAT settings & champion points green constellation please.
EDIT: Did it happen in a non CP campaig...

I have the same problem as the previous poster, but I have professional upkeep at 50 and enabled in Jack of all Trades. Used to work fine until last few days.
Restocking? What is your problem exactly.
No restocking is taking place in the latest version.
I'm sick of having to solve individual problems while the addon is working.....

20 characters trouble
