With ESO not running you could try to delete the saved variables file in Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/SavedVariables/MiniFriendList.lua Btw, I have seen this bug. The only way I was able to replicate it was installing via Minion. deleting the saved variable and re-installing worked thank you

The error is still related to Minion, restart your computer =) Your mod just does not like me I restarted my PC launched the game get the same error message, then I uninstalled the mod restarted again made sure that minion wasn't in my running processes which it was not downloaded the mod again from here via the zip file extracted...

Minion has issues installing sometimes and has a lock on the files it installed. Either restart your computer to release the lock minion has or use the task manager to end minions existence. hrmm....yeah I just tried to install it manually by unzipping it into the addon folder while ending the process tree for minion before extrac...
