 Fix dependency issue

The fix for the dependency is that the entry is incorrect. Though it still does not work for me after this change.
In the HideGroupFrames.txt the entry for "DependsOn" should be:
## DependsOn: LibAddonMenu-2.0>=34
And not:
## DependsOn: LibAddonMenu-2.0.lua>=34
