Bound Armaments is having issues with the 40 second timer. After the first volley of 4 bound weapons, the 40 second timer will only flash 0.0 seconds on subsequent attacks. The timer is still counting correctly though when no bound weapons are currently active. The activation action with weapons has a 0.75 sec duration which has cau...
