Ok, I think I will try to do it my self and create a small addon to move the frame as a small challenge and introduction to lua. I would like to avoid adding an addon like Azurah just for this small feature.
Sure. Change fr.lua file and give me a link to it.
I will come back to you with the file once I've done it.

I was wondering if there is a way to move the battleground score window, I can't find how to do it by unlocking the frames.
And I found some spellings mistakes in the French translation. I could provide you the correct wording if you want.
