Made an account to say I've been having the same issue, and it's possible that it only affects controller users.
When playing ESO with a controller, in situations where this mod auto-loots everything, the loot window remains open and cannot be closed with the controller's designated exit button. It can only be closed by using ESC...

Loot Window Issue

My loot window will not auto close even when set to auto close. I have to hit escape to get it off.
If there is something in the window that isn't auto looted by settings like trash, then I can close the loot window with B on my controller. That function is working.
