Hmm! Shields seem to be working for me.
Are you trying to deconstruct at a Woodworking Station or Giladil the Ragpicker? The station opens up to the weapons tab by default, so LazyDecon will add all the weapons. But if you click the Apparel tab, it should show shields, and add those. (Same thing for weapons vs. apparel at blac...
