 Instance Keybind

Is there a way to assign a keybind to switch to a specific "instance" of gear slots? Or to progress through gear instances (one at a time)? The fly-out wheel is amazing for selecting gear, but I'd really like to have a page for armor, one for weapons, etc. and be able to quickly slot 1 gear slot from 3 different instances.
