Works like a charm, i7, gtx4070, vanilla graphics.
As it already loads all the assets and textures of the distant landscape anyways, obscuring viewing distance in fog intentially is absolutely beyond me. Activating this mod had zero impact on my performance. Plus, the tech is 10+ years old, any concern of tanking people's machines...
