EDIT : I'll leave my post if people have the same problem, but it turns out restarting the game fixes it, as well as an other issue I had with ressource bars being colorless ! Am still unable to see/drag frames...

Am still unable to see/drag frames when unlocked. As soon as I exit Settings they still disappear. I have the same issue, turns out the frames appear once I enter combat tho, and leave as soon as I leave combat. Don't know if that helps fixing this ahah
