I'm using the german game version and the addon isn't working for me. After the patch I switched to english to check some faulty skill descriptions and the fish tracker window appeared.
There seems to be a localization problem.
Edit: Iget this error when I try to open the window.

Ok, did some more Research, it took a while till I understood the code but I could fix the settings menu problem.
Left is the Destinations-fr.lua (the -de.lua looks the same) and on the right side is the (working) Destinations-en.lua.

I took a look at the two wrongly labeled POI's and I could fix them (which is amazing because I don't know anything about Lua xD ).
"Lager der Ostufer-Inselchen^nd,in"
Ostuferinselchen was written as one word.
"Seewärts-Ausblick^md,an"
It had the suffix ^nd, but it is masculine, not neutral.
