I'm getting the "ratchet" sound wit...

I'm getting the "ratchet" sound with the new 0.9.1 update every time I loot or even change my viewpoint. When I disable Raetia the sound goes away. It's getting annoying while playing.
It's the same sound as when you zoom in and out on the world map.
