 Pink textures with M.M.

Hi!
When I have M.M. addon enabled, I get pink textures after playing 5-10 minutes so. After that the game crashes. No pink textures when I don't have M.M. on... This has been after the TG DLC. I play with 32 bit client. Can anyone think solution for this (other than not using M.M.)? :)
