I was referring to your background of the addon manager, it's not vanilla UI. Nor are the dropdown entry backgrounds normal?
And your new screenshots still contain that so you have some other addon enabled there, which makes it still unclear if this error happens only...

Hi, thanks for the info but:
Your screenshot shows me you got other addons enabled.
Especially the colors and UI parts looks different. So please, if you report bugs, always disable all other addons first and only keep AddonSelector and the needed libraries enabled.
Is the bug repeatable then?

If you enable "Save by account" your notes save to the @accountName of the player and thus not to the character name.
Notes you saved to any character name stay in the SavedVariables but I cannot find out which @accountName belongs to what characterName and thus cannot provide a button to "copy it over", sorry.

Histy alone works fine in trms of showing at the UI so reporting such things there would not help ;)

Is there a chat command to clear recorded entries? Because entering to the "Settings-Addons-Tamriel Trade Center" hangs up the game now.
After updating to the lastest version of TTC this settings menu client freeze did not happen for me anymore.

Well I do not know what PP got to do with achievemnts points not shown, but if ppl say so: Test yourself, if it helps you.
Disable ALL other addons, only enable PP and check if the bug is there. If not. It's not PP.

I'm not sure if I should be reporting this on the pChat page or the PerfectPixel page because it's mainly an issue of an interaction between them. The UI level of pChat appears to be slightly incorrect, when leveling up with pChat enabled, you aren't able to claim your levelup rewards because the chat box draws over top of the UI Lay...

I personally would not release such addons, but that's only me.
If I were ZOs I would even remove all addon possibilities in PvP areas so all got the same base for fights.

I get that addons are enabled in general but espeically in PvP those provide advantages over those who do not use the addons, or cannot use them, and one should not provide...
