Player Attribute Bars Missing

Health/Stamina/Magika bars not showing unless in combat. I've checked settings, restarted ESO, disabled/re-enabled the added - including other ones - not sure what to do :-/ It wasn't doing this a few days ago. Don't want to lose my settings so don't want to try a different version. Will just hope it returns in the future. Not a big...
