 Quests title option/Click quest?

1. How do I show the quest name in the catagory list ? All I see is the quest objective. I see quest names on other peoples post, and there is an option to change the color of a quest, I know it's there but I can't find it.
2. Is there an option to be able to click on a certain quest or must you use T to toggle through them?
