I do also run minimap, I forgot about that. I did reduce minimaps refresh rates by half and other performance tweaks. Either way, the problem as it is now isn't overly terrible. Mostly I just use destinations to show me where quests are so I dont miss anything. I suppose I'll try to tweak a few more things to see if it reduces...

Just wanted to let you know, I still seem to be getting a little bit of frame stutter, even after the fix. Its not nearly as bad as before, but the frame stutter/lag does pop up for like a a quarter of a second, enough to notice it while running around, and it doesn't happen as often.
