You can just drag and drop it. Click the '.' key on keyboard to release mouse and move it around.
The addon gets hidden when you pop any window so you *have to* release mouse to move it around ;)

I notice the position I drag the bar to isn't saving in its position when i reload the ui. Perhaps adding a lock command to save the position would fix this issue.
That's right I didn't save the UI location yet in user's saved variables. Looking forward to it.
