Did you enable the unique itemids in the general settings?
Explanation:
Unique Itemids will be unique, as the name says, even if the item is the same (and only some values like the enchantment on it, the level, the quality differs).
Non-unique itemIds (iteminstanceids) are always the same even if enchantment etc. are different....

Check the settings -> General settings. One of the top entries near language (Save mode) is account or character. This affects all settings then, not only marker icons!

It only happens with/in the Merchant window, not bank or guild bank.
I found this in the old comments from the original (12-4-17). I remembered seeing the problem before and I think it started again with the latest ESO update. Hope that helps, no clue about programing :o :

Could you please add an option to hide Hot Key Toggles ( at bottom of screen ). They are still interfering with the with what keys to press at the bottom of the screen.
