All that has changed was the addition of Italian translations. It sounds like you have two things modifying the saved vars of CS. Whether that is two copies of CS or some other addon that modifies other addon setting.

CS only tracks one of each item needed. You can use "mark duplicates" to see in the inventory any that are needed, including more than one of the same, but it does not record multiple in the grid.
