Ok the latest on how it works:
You can use the toggle or select as normally and they will both work properly. What the toggle has added is the ability to instantly select/deselect all (clothier, blacksmithing, woodworking at the same time) without even needing to bring that character's data up (just do it from the character menu)....

It works for me (which is what is making this so difficult to solve), so I'm going to try clearing my data and see if we're missing a step that I accidentally had done.
So I deleted my saved vars, did the settings as I showed and everything worked for me. I had a friend test it as well and it was good. This is baffling.

Didn't see "saved Variables"... will go look. For the record, I did delete Saved variabls via Minion before uninstalling.
I figured you did, but I wanted to be thorough.
Get to the directory right before AddOns and you should see the folder.
