Runes seem to work fine, a protected rune ("Sperre setzen") cannot be extracted, a rune marked for extraction ("Verwerten vormerken") can be extracted.
For clothier, woodworking and smithing however, items marked as intricate ("Als aufwendig markieren") can no longer be extracted.

Latest update broke the protective function, because it is no longer possible to extract an intricate item (or item marked for extraction), even though it's enabled in the options. I can place them in the extraction slot, but cannot extract. I needed to disable the protection completely to extract again.
